In March 2006 I travelled to Botohili Tano village in Nias Island of north Sumatra in Indonesia. The village is located in southern Nias and partially affected by earthquake of 28 March 2005. The children were Poor but happy. I like them as they were friendly and did not look at me as strenger.

cause they are young at heart!really nice set! Thu 23-Mar-2006 16:12

On 13 June I visited some tsunami affected areas in Banda Aceh (Indonesia). My mobile camera was not able to catch the dimension of the sufferings. Just for keeping in mind some memories.

Fervors of the Far East!

Between 1989 to1992 I was living in Bangkok. I had the chance to travel to many Far Eastern countries such as Malaysia, the Philippines, Korea, Singapore and Laos. All of them were beautiful with their own characteristics. This last one, the Laos, was however something strange! with mixture of mists both from heaven and hell! The hellish wind of communism had driven the country into a poor fragmented isle. But the treasure was the quiet, calm and friendly faces moisten by the myths of the Mekong River.

And, here are some memories of that nice land.

I like the feel of this shot...amazing slice of life Mon 11-Oct-2004 03:32

Incredible opportunity... this is marvelous
The colors are wonderful and the faces are classical

Some times it is too difficult to distinct between art and science! in some cases it is even impossible. However, feelings usually revoke a conduit to the right direction!

Amazing shots...
A very high-class presentation...nicely done...
